HOMEMADE CHIPS & GUACAMOLE
INGREDIENTS
• 1 pack of corn tortillas
• Canola Oil
• Salt
DIRECTIONS
1) Cut each corn tortillas into fourths. Cutting in half then in half again.
2) Get a medium sized pan and add canola oil so it’s a bout 1/2 inch high in the pan. Heat on medium high.
3) Add four tortilla chips to the pan at one time and let cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and repeat
4) Prep a plate with a few sheets of paper towel. Use tongs to take the tortilla chips out and place on the paper towel. Immediately lightly salt the chips on one side. Repeat until you have enough chips!
